Familiar fashion face and founder of Brother Vellies, Aurora James, was also photographed for the look book. Posing in pink, the Canadian designer was giving us LIFE!

In addition to a series of ethereal images photographed by Todd Cole, the collection was also captured in a dreamlike short film shot and directed by him. Hypnotized by hazy shots of models dancing gracefully and crashing California waves captured in a film-like finish, Rodarte’s FW21 film has got us in a trance. 

Ugh, as if! 

The very picture of dress-up daydreams, Rodarte FW21 was full of high-fashion hats and sophisticated black gloves contrasted by fun neons and glitzy sequins. Think ‘off to the races’ with a romantically Rodarte edge. 

Sisters Kate and Laura Mulleavy, the designer duo behind the brand, hinted in a Vogue interview that this collection was inspired by their childhood love for the ‘90s cult-classic Clueless and its main character (and style icon) Cher Horowitz.

And what would an homage to Clueless be without Cher herself? Alicia Silverstone, the actress behind the stylish blonde on the silver screen, modeled for the brand as she channeled ‘90s nostalgia in a flower embroidered varsity jacket paired with over-the-top jewelry.
