Another celebrity beauty brand—here we go (insert eye roll). Halsey’s newly launched makeup line is anything but the ordinary, and I’m happy to report it is amazing! The products are made with intention and integrity. 100% Vegan. Cruelty-Free. And when they say pigmented, THEY ARE SATURATED AF! Most of the products are built to have staying power as well, so you need not worry about that saturation migrating from a liner to a smoky eye…we’ve all been there.
