By visiting or using the Dauphine website, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. This is a sample document for a demonstration project and should be replaced with terms reviewed by qualified counsel before any live use.

Dauphine is a referral service, not a lender. We do not make credit decisions, provide funds, or set loan terms. We introduce you to licensed third-party lenders, who are solely responsible for the loans they extend.

You must be a Canadian resident, be at least the age of majority in your province or territory, and give accurate, complete information. Supplying false information may lead to a refusal of service.
4. Approval Is Not Guaranteed
Sending a request does not guarantee approval. Whether you are approved — and for how much and on what terms — is decided solely by the lenders in our network, using their own criteria.
5. Limits of Our Liability
Dauphine is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or terms of any third-party lender. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim liability for any loss connected to your use of the service or any loan you take out.
